This is provided as a free service, and is available to all class members, as well as select non-class members who are nominated by class members. By entering information on the website, you grant redeemed2001.com nonexclusive, royalty-free rights to display your information/comments/pictures on the website. Such rights may be rescinded at any time by removing the information yourself or contacting the site administrators. Opinions expressed by users do not represent the views of Asbury College, the Redeemed Class of 2001, or site administrators. It should be noted that this site is not officially associated with Asbury College in any way.

We will never sell or pass on your information to others without your permission, except to other site members through this website, and all information is voluntary. Within the confines of the budget and resources, all that which can be done to protect your information will be performed. However, you acknowledge by using this site that you hold the Redeemed class, the site administrators, site members and those hosting the site free from liability in the unfortunate and unlikely event information is compromised, even if such compromise is shown to result from negligence. Any site member concerned about the security of the site may request a complete copy of the site code from from the administrators. By agreeing to use the site, you agree to keep your password secure and not allow unknown persons access to the site. Class members have entered personal information that they might not wish be publicly available online, including addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. The login system protects this information, but only if members do their part to keep our accounts secure. You also agree not to take information you obtain from this website and provide it for profit or free of charge to any outside person or company. Any use of this site for other than personal communication between class members and friends is strictly prohibited, and violations of this provision may lead to your account being terminated.

Any content which infringes on copyright/intellectual property rights, is defamatory or constitutive of a personal attack, or is illegal or obscene is never appropriate on this website. Additional content may be deemed inappropriate if in an administrator's opinion it does not fall within the stated purposes of this website.

The administrators reserve the right to edit any content at any time for any reason. Typically, this will only be done to fix mechanical problems (e.g. a broken link) or to deal with inappropriate content. Except for updates to mechanical problems, attempt will be made to contact the originator of any modified content whenever such modifications are necessary. In cases where content is deemed inappropriate solely because it falls outside the purpose of this website, the content originator will be given the chance to edit it himself/herself before the content is modified by an administrator. The originator of the content may be contacted simply by email notification by the site administrators; confirmation of the originator reading this email is not required. The originator of the content will have no more than 48 hours to change the content of the post as to keep it within the purpose of the site from the time that the administrators contacted the originator. The administrators will take this method to deal with questionable or inappropriate content of any form whenever possible, i.e. whenever they judge immediate removal is not necessary for legal reasons or for the good of the community of users.
